Finding his own way away from the Razors, Bennie Munson has been huge for the Gryphons in the teams overacheiving season as they cruise past the Venom 127-78 on the strength of Munson's career high 46 on 16 of 24 field goals. With their 3rd loss in a row, and 2-5 record over the past 7 games, the Gryphons have entered the spiral many thought was inevitable. They dropped another one to the Spikers 103-93 leaving it to be wondered if the 6-0 start was just one huge fluke.

It was a humbling game for the Gryphons, the hottest team in the league as they were handled easily by the struggling Venom. They lost the game 84-105, they're first loss of the season, dropping to 6-1. The Venom improve to just 2-6.

  • Chanter notches first triple double, Gryphons stay unbeaten

The Gryphons played a hard-gought game against the Spirit, but prevailed 103-98 on the road for the teams 5th straight opening win, a franchise best... and their longest win streak in 4 seasons. • Gryphons for real??

Four games in and four wins for the Gryphons has the league doing a double take for the very young team after a 112-109 win over the Sun Bears.
