  • Awards

    Nice Smith takes League MVP honors for a league tying record second straight season and is the youngest to take multiple League MVP titles. He is the Team MVP and is selected as an all-star for the 3rd straight season. Of note, Norberto Nolan missed an all-star selection for the first time in his amazing career.

  • Dragons miss playoffs

    The Dragons hopes of the playoffs are dashed with a 101-97 Gryphons win over the Paladins. The team has made a valiant second half of the season run at the post-season, but came up just short.

  • Dragons suffer defeat and lose Winkel to season

    Fighting for their playoff lives just got a bit tougher after a loss to the Venom 92-96 and Charles Winkel going down with injury in the 4th period. He will miss the remainder of the season.

  • Dragons push for playoffs continue

    Norberto Nolan led the team with 30 points and 17 rebounds including a last second shot to defeat the Rhinos 108-106. They are on the outside looking in as they try to take a playoff spot from either the Ice, Gryphons, Clash or Spirit.

  • Dragons serve Spikers important loss

    The Dragons topped the Spikers for the first time this season 121-87. Norberto Nolan had one of his best games of the season with 27 points and 14 boards while Earle Dunneback had 29 points with 7 assists.

  • Smith explodes for league high 50 points while Dunneback hits 3000 ass

    Nice Smith is now the latest member of the 50+ club putting up 50 in the 126-86 dismantling of the Pitbulls. He went 17 of 28 to reach his career high and league high along with 11 rebounds. He also notched a career high 8 three pointers. Meanwhile Earle Dunneback hit a benchmark 3000 assists becoming the first player to reach the peak.

  • Dragons score much needed win over Venom

    Nice Smith scored 30 points with a huge 19 rebounds to lead the team 101-90 over the Venom. All-time assists leader Earle Dunneback also put in 11 assists. This win puts the team back over .500.

  • Winkel scores 42 to lead Dragons charge

    The Dragons are now over .500 for the first time this season continuing to win games as they beat the Rhinos by 20. Charles Winkel scored 42 points to lead the charge.

  • Smith leads Dragons over Spirit

    The Dragons won a critical game over the Spirit 109-97 to take the season series 3-1. Nice Smith scored 33 points with 13 boards and 6 assists.

  • Dragons climb back to .500

    Nice Smith led the Dragons with 33 points and 13 rebounds in a 102-83 win over the Paladins. They have now won 5 games in a row to get up to .500 on the season.

  • Race against time for the Dragons

    The Dragons were expected to follow up their franchise best season with a championship contender campaign coming into the 12th season, but have been bouncing around the bottom of the league halfway through. Nice Smith has picked his play up tremendously taking strides towards what could be a repeat League MVP season. Norberto Nolan however has seen his numbers dip like never before in his career in a season which could end his record 12 straight all-star selections. His 11 straight Team MVP campaigns came to an end last season thanks to Smith.

  • Winkel has huge return with win

    The Dragons beat the Pitbulls easily by 30 points 130-100 as Charles Winkel scored 38 points with 10 rebounds in his return to the lineup after injury.

  • Dragons fall yet again

    It's been a crazy start for the Dragons who were championship contenders last season, and expected to be again this season. They lost again to the Paladins 101-112.

  • Nice Smith turns things up in win

    The Dragons finally get their 2nd win after a surprisingly bad start to the season. Nice Smith put in 34 points with 11 boards in the 100-85 win over the Pitbulls.
