The Slash have won the last 3 matchups including playoffs however where the teams met in the championship game. The Eclipse of course are the reigning champs going on to win last season become the first time to take multiple championships in League II while breaking the record for regular season wins with 32.
The Slash are led by All-Stars Evan Wile and Cliff Labbe, Rawdon Connard and Gregorio Yule with once again perhaps the deepest bench in the league, while the Eclipse come in with All-Stars Jake Lomeli and Caleb Shedd and former All-Star Armand Whyman with the defensive terrors All-Defender Andy Fredricks and Michael Mattox.
Both teams feature high-flying offensives with the Eclipse having a better outside game. Both teams are turning the ball over just 12 times a game, however the Eclipse come in with one of the best defenses in the league.
The Eclipse have been terrorizing the league despite losing League MVP Jamison Bomberger while the Slash have remained quite the force as usual despite reworking the team coming into the season and even during it.

They defeated the Ice Monkeys 90-77 with Caleb Shedd and Tommie Drey leading the way with 13 points and 15 boards each. Elvis Lees led the way in scoring 17 points with 8 boards.
