  Tommy Carden was awarded Team MVP again with his 5th straight all-star selection.

• Another losing season

  The Spirit lost their 23rd game to mark another losing season at the hands of the Pitbulls 85-92.

• Carden has an excellent game to beat Gryphons

  With his fourth career triple double, and 1st of the season, Tommy Carden took control and never looked back leading the Spirit over the Gryphons 118-99. He had 27 points, 19 rebounds and 10 assists.

• A much needed victory for the Spirit

  Ronnie Carmack had one of his best career games scoring 26 points with 8 boards and 10 assists in the Spirits upset 107-98 win over the Dragons.

• Spirit beat Venom 109-105 in thriller

  The Spirit have done a complete reversal of their start to the season winning their last 6 of 7 games after losing their first 6. They defeated the standing leader Venom 109-105 in OT. The best rebounder in the league Tommy Carden pulled down 19 boards while also putting up big offensive numbers with 31 points.

• Carden dominates Pitbulls for teams first win

  In easily the Spirits best game of the season, Tommy Carden put in 24 points with 19 rebounds and 6 assists in the 106-77 win.

• Have the Spirit Lost Their Way?

  

  The Spirit are officially in a state of crisis, losing their first 6 games for the first time in team history. Their stats are so far earilly similar to their dark period after their season 3 championship when they averaged just 14 wins per season. The team seems to have took a wrong turn somewhere. Tommy Carden, currently the best rebounder in the league has been playing decent, but his offensive numbers have definately taken a hard hit. They need to find a solution quick as the way this season is going, there will be no room for error when it comes to the playoffs as was the case last season.
