    For the better part of the game, it looked like the Paladins were about to take the season 19 championship by winning the 3rd consecutive game, however it wasn't meant to be as the never-say-die Razors came back from and incredible 22 points to send the game to OT. Once in OT, the Razors had their way outscoring the Paladins 22-12. Jim Weddle scored 26 points with 10 boards and 5 assists while Pedro Wilcoxen scored 34. Elliott Swickard scored 20 with 13 rebounds. For the Paladins, Jamal Gibson scored 29 with 8 boards. And so it goes, the Razors win their first franchise championship!!! The Paladins fail to win their 6th.

  • Things looking grim for the Paladins

    The Razors smacked the Paladins around again... 110-102 on the Paladins home court to give them the edge 2-0 in the championship series and their 6th straight playoff win. Mauricio Wolcott was limited to just 13 minutes of game time due to foul trouble which proved to be the difference. Tawa Wilsdon had a terrific game with 13 points and 17 boards. Jamal Gibson played well with 24 points and 8 boards, but those numbers weren't nearly enough to overcome the Razors. Jim Weddle of course proved huge with 25 points and 8 boards while Anibal Mackie neared a triple-double with 9 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists.

    It could be doomsday for the Paladins as the 3rd game returns to the Razors court.

    Mauricio Wolcott continues to make his case for being the best player in the league dropping a season high 40 on the Edge in a Paladins win 124-101. Wolcott is averaging 33.5ppg thus far to go with 6.3apg. Jamal Gibson returned from injury to score 17 while former rookie of the season Darius Aldape was huge off the bench with 28 points including 7 of 10 three pointers.

    The overall #1 pick and team scoring leader Adriano Pytel was limited to just 20 minutes before leaving the game with a minor injury. He scored 16. Luzige Binkley led the struggling edge scoring 31 points with 5 boards.
