The Steel have reached a deal with the Lightning that will send Libanio Hagar to the Lightning in exchange for Edison Cootes.

Hagar averaged 21.5 PPG, 7.4 rebounds and 1.1 assists in 34.6 minutes per game. Cootes averaged 17.5 PPG, 4.6 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 29.6 minutes per game.
